Badby Wood

Hudson and I headed for a walk to Badby Wood. Usually, on trips like this I keep Hudson in the pram and he isn’t a fan of walking but as these woods are so small I kept him out and I’m glad I did as it gave us the chance to wander off the main paths.

Outdoor swimming around Northamptonshire was not something I had really considered until lockdown caused all the indoor pools to close. The fact that lockdown happened over spring and summer meant that we had to think of outdoor alternatives to some of our favourite ways to entertain the kids or get our own exercise.
