There’s no denying that we live in a fast-paced, whirlwind society. We want everything immediately; from food to friends to entertainment, we want the latest and the greatest, and we want it now. But rather than making us happier, all to often this lifestyle can make us feel like we’re running on a treadmill that is getting progressively faster. Just like the cladding fire disasters in the building industry, we take short-cuts, looking for a cheap alternative that creates the image we are wanting to present to the world and it could cost us big time.
